Can’t log into website
Page won’t load
I’ve had issues with logging in and slot games cutting in and out the last 2 days when I talked to cs they said there was no issue
Can’t connect with customer service on chat now. Anyone else having problems?

This is not something that we handle on the Community I’m afraid. You would need to ask Support to look into that for you once the service restores.

Is the website down for anyone else besides me?……
At this time, there are no known site-wide issues being reported. Please proceed with the recommended troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue.
Anything being figured out by the answers to your questions via PM? I’m still getting that same error I shared here frequently, the site overall has had even more lag than usual too. The fact that I am seeing you are receiving several reports (here and other places online) and asking these questions leads me to believe that there is something going on, any ideas on your end or no? You can’t see the issues on your end?

Had similar issues and also the lag mentioned above as well too. It’s not nonstop but it’s happening across browsers and after clearing cache and history or using incognito. It’s just the definition of an unstable site.
