This is such a disaster. I’m not sure this will ever be fixed. It’s issue after issue.

Same thing happened to me every slot game I went into. Pretty stupid but really who is the one to blame here. It’s uS as the customer. Just stop giving them your money stop and maybe they might fix something but keep buying into their bullshit you’ll see your funds disappear no lie experience it yourself your choice

I find it ODD that “Practice Spins Play” works normal. No reloads what so ever!
Yup! It’ll let you place a bet then give you the “Error Reload” msg where you can’t complete the spin but your acct will still be debited… don’t do what I did and keep retrying it like an idiot lol

Yesterday it was the jackpot sng’s loading to 99% and then logging players out while play continued (and the customer support chat obviously says theres no record of this), and today its slots straight up stealing from players. This is inexcusable. If we aren’t compensated in a timely manner I’m closing my acct tonight.

Unless every slot on the site is tied to the hourly, daily, and super jackpot but they only allow the most volatile slots to be played to win it. Doesn’t make sense why literally none of the slots work while other games work
Bovado been stealing money all day yes I said stealing because everyone time I spin it says error in it still taking my money off this is a shame because I hate being ripped off
