I’d appreciate a lil compensation for the difficulties I just experienced. I don’t get anything appealing via bonuses or anything else on bovada which hasn’t always been the case but have been for a while now. So show your players some love for disruptions at least.

They’ll give some people bonuses and others won’t get any

That’s how pretty much every outage has worked for the past few years

There will be CS agents who pretend nothing happened. And CS agents who say it was scheduled. And a few who will comp

It is completely dependent on who you get and eat mood they’re in

I’ve gotten comp for prior outages when others didn’t and told to go eff myself when others have

Much like everything else here there’s no consistency or communication at all

not a peep about compensation or a bonus due to the entire site going dark and unable to login for hours with funds in account. ??? @moderators can we get an explanation… Is this the norm? site goes down, little info, no comp?
