Can you ask them what the rule is for how far in advance the request can be made as well? 24 hours? 48 hours? 72 hours? Etc.

Hi @Cbassett94 , I check your request and normally as the website stated 2 hours before would be
good enough, to check if we can source sufficient information to verify if the lines can be offered but 48-72 hours is too soon as per sports team.
