Edit: so it looks like Alice escalated the first request 2 days ago. Mikey escalated the second request sometime over 24 hours ago. Mike and Lillian both replied to my follow ups stating they would become available on the 6th if possible. Brooke then escalated next follow up about 8 hours ago. And then you have been helping me now.
If it’s not available yet. That is fine, I totally understand these take time. All I was doing was checking for an update. Especially since I was told to 9/6.
