hope everyone is doing well,
is there a reason a player like Donovan Clingan isn’t listed as a player prop for NBA Game trailblazers? ive noticed a pattern of guys who play well aren’t being listed the next day, same thing with Memphis and Zach Edey, Last night Dalton Knecht wasn’t listed until 5 minutes before the game, there’s 10+ more players. About 2 weeks ago I requested players on the player props and they still didn’t show up. There should be no reason why the full roster isn’t being listed everyday for player props in the NBA points Prop Builder, I shouldn’t have to request players everyday…thats not my job. respectfully. would someone please look into this matter @moderators

maybe im not making myself clear enough…I literally just said, is there a reason why Donovan Clingan isn’t listed as a player prop… on the prop builder…not the PLAYER POINTS… PROP BUILDER POINTS half the players are missing, so whoever you guys are partnering up with to give you list of players or whoever…needs to be fixed. I would consider this same s cheating. why aren’t all the starters being listed ?? why isn’t Jared McCain not listed as a player when he starts for the Philadelphia 76ers? like I said, there’s plenty more. BUT we deserve some transparency here… @moderators

EDIT: Prop builder is a 3rd party tool; we don’t have access to adding content there.
yes, that needs to be fixed, or else we have to request every single player everyday>? I mean I can do it but it needs to be met as well, last time I wrote a bunch of players and nothing got done…just looking for some transparency here. why would the third party? not have a starter? listed as a player prop? even if they dont play the slip would just void…so im just confused that’s all, its been going on all season…

they don’t care. just look at their responses. they did not address nor acknowledge the main issue you brought up.
you flip a coin each day with bovada, some days they help you, other days they ignore us (the customers)
im slowly transitioning to another sportsbook that is relatively new, atleast their customer service does not ignore you nor sound robotic.
i literally follow bovadas instructions in requesting lines on twitter, and they still pick and choose when they will respond to you. as you said we should not have to be requesting lines every day for props that are by default on every other sportsbook.
don’t get me started with the ongoing live bets being glitchy for weeks now.
