Hi @Cbassett94 just came back from lunch. May I ask why are you not able to use the builder?
You would need to go to each game individual prop builder and take the “at least” lines in combination.
Please note that Cooper Flagg is not available due to him being ruled out tonight.
Same thing for Bulls @ Blazers game, there is an option to make your parlay, Shaedon Sharpe is not available due to him being doubtful to play today.
I understand. The update from the Sports team is to recommend using the Prop Builder for your needs.
Are there no longer sports request for parlays or something? I guess I am missing some news.
I make a request and the answer to the request is use an alternative means that isn’t possible to be done?
I get it’s a luxury to have a request made available, but is the communication that this threads objective is no longer a possibility for players? Just a little confused on the message. Can you clarify? @Chey_Bovada
the parlay request was denied by the sports team and it was recommended that you use the Prop Builder for your needs. There is no more update I can provide on this. If there is anything else that you need please let us know.

It seems like the questions are based on an assumption. If one request is denied, please don’t assume that the requested specials are no longer available, or that the goal of this thread is no longer a possibility for players.

I understand one denial doesn’t mean the entire thread has stopped functioning.
The part I’m trying to get clarity on is this:
My request wasn’t declined because of a specific player or specific leg - it was declined entirely on the grounds that I should “use the Prop Builder,” even though the Builder doesn’t allow the combination I was requesting.
So just to confirm:
- Should players still expect certain multi-leg “specials” to be added when they cannot be created in the Builder?
- Or has the internal guidance shifted so that most (or all) complex requests will now be redirected to the Builder instead?
Again, I’m not questioning the decision - just trying to understand how the process works now so I can submit requests that are actually eligible.

Hi @Cbassett94, Apologies for the delayed response. We will pass it along to the relevant team. What exactly is their decision on this? But as far as my knowledge goes,
Yes, certain multi-leg specials may still be posted even if they can’t be created in the Builder, but only when they fall under our pre-approved or previously offered markets.
Also, most complex or custom requests will now be redirected to the Builder unless they clearly fit those approved categories.
But let’s wait for the relevant team to provide us their decision on this, as this is beyond our scope. Thanks for understanding
Hi @Cbassett94, As per the relevant team, if there’s anything that can be parlayed straight up or via the builder, it is always best to do so first; that’s the purpose of the feature. We will offer games and daily specials on important matches/the most games we can handle; this varies. If after attempting on the builder by themselves there’s no possibility to do such a combo and if it is not listed already in our daily offering, then they can come reach out to us to see if it can be added manually.

• Attempting these legs in the Prop Builder first
• Confirming Builder limitations for unavailable alts
• Avoiding any props already offered in daily specials
• Ensuring these fall strictly within the “manual special” category when Builder cannot generate the same SGP
Also as a side note - The Builder still cannot combine these specific legs due to team total alt limitations, reuse restrictions, and player availability for combo formats, so I am submitting them here in accordance with the updated guidance.
