Sometimes I don’t think they realize they just make their job harder by being vague and ultimately leads having to answer the same question in multiple threads instead of just being transparent
If we dont know, we cant " let you know". It’s not on the list now.
How can a popular slot be out of service for almost a month and no reason given besides “we don’t know”. The lack of transparency when it comes to a slot a lot of people played and likely lost money on naturally brings a lot of skepticism about what happened is all my point is

We, on the forum share all the information we have and aim to be transparent, but we cannot speculate.
We can only give a clear and direct answer when we have 100% confirmed information. If we don’t know for sure, giving an opinion risks misleading people, and if the outcome turns out differently, it would make us look dishonest, wouldn’t it?!
We prefer to speak only when we know something for certain, so there’s no confusion or repeated questions.

Right which goes to my point above that if it’s been a month and no one has any accurate information to share of why it was removed that will naturally bring a lot of questions…I’m not implicating anyone did anything wrong more over just frustrated at the delay in info. As 10 Times Vegas being one of my favorite slots on the site and big reason for playing here it’s disappointing is all.

Cases like this, especially involving the casino, usually need to be reviewed by the vendor. If we haven’t been given any confirmed information to share, it doesn’t mean the matter is being ignored, it simply means there’s no update that changes anything from the player’s end. As soon as we receive an official update, we’ll post it right away for everyone or share it directly with the player involved.
