@Mikey How is it fair that when the cashout is available and I attempt to select it, the entire score freezes across the board and gives me once again no chance to cashout when it is a chance I may get at least some money back? Instead, the score then updates once I bring this up to customer service 20 mins later and then its blamed on us (the users) and our cookies or computers⌠Honestly sickening how many people on this platform have been treated by customer service when theres thousands of dollars on the line

The payout odds are wrong. Should be higher. -110 & +110 does not convert to 2.3. It should be closer to 4.0
This wager was a loss, but ultimately this is likely because the choices were correlated. The props builder automatically adjusts odds based on this.

Novak Djokovic was scratched so what does this mean for my other future parlays that i have with him on them? Would that leg just be cancelled or does the entire parlay die?

Goodwill exception means they essentially voided the wager for you against our normal rules. Normally futures would have action in these cases and that leg would be a loss, but due to the extreme circumstances they voided it.
Ultimately though since other legs on that parlay lost it is still a loss. For normal parlays it will just reduce and still be alive.

If player props or player wagers we do sometimes need to wait for the actual official boxscores to be put out before we settle them. Iâm sure these will be graded soon and se some of them have begun to settle.
