The amount of incorrectly graded prop bets for NFL is concerning. Maybe you all should just use ESPN as a source for that instead of some other foreign source lol

This was a live bet. The score was 5-7 with 9:52 left in the 1st quarter. The total sat at 56.5 opened at 51.5. There is zero reason that this should be cancelled. This was a completely legitimate line and I need it graded as a win

Following up again, any word on when this can be resolved? The o/u was 79.5 yards he had 84 this should be simple to grade as a win
Unfortunately there was a bit of an issue with the third party we use and their grading of these props, we are escalating them and they will be fixed but we don’t have a specific timeline sadly. I would assume it will be fixed at some point today though. (I understand that’s a bit vague and do apologize for not having more concrete details)
Was really hoping this would be cleared before the game tonight, I’m still unsure why you can’t grade this as a win when it clearly hit
