@moderators Ref. 23011678147428 was placed while the clock was stuck and lines should have been locked. Lets see if you guys refund this wager since I lost it like you claim you do

The lines should have been in theory locked because the clock was incorrect. I didn’t know until I checked an external source. In the past, wagers like this would be cancelled because the line shouldn’t have been available in the first place. Of course that was only if you won the wager.

The clock wouldn’t have anything to do with a past post wager, lines are controlled internally and they would have a cut off time. If you are referring to the time on the scoreboard being incorrect that would be a different issue.

That’s my point. It was a line glitch, it shouldn’t have been open at that point of the game. You all only refund line glitches if we win, not when we lose. I don’t really expect my money back, I just wanted to show @Nancy that you all only refund wins and not losses when line errors and glitches happen.

If there is a past post wager, any wager that was placed after the cutoff time would be voided irrespective of it it was a win or a lose.
