@Tina, when exactly. Obviously the site hosting it crashed and they are just either calling it cancelled or a draw everywhere, the sports team can check any scoring site, at the moment. And without any live score or video feed, itā€™s a farce without any evidence and realistically everything should just be called a draw, and not take this long

Based on the update from the sports team, the wagers will be settled soon. Unfortunately I canā€™t provide any additional information. I understand your frustration, however sometimes it takes longer time, sometimes not. We have to wait.

Thanks for the response which I feel is the typical generic response. No reason explaining why there is a delay and what you stated from the sports team is that too bad and just deal with it. Bovada has gone from the best sportsbook to one of the worst!

It absolutely is a canned response. I can also refer to a number of the books esport rules as well if youā€™d like, I donā€™t care about understanding ā€œfrustrationā€ its about whatā€™s fair in lieu of your very own written rules

Multiple rules but hereā€™s 11

  1. In the event that a match starts, but its live is postponed for more than 6 hours due to technical issues or other issues affecting the match, bets placed on live markets will be voided, except for the markets that are already determined. Pre match bets will still have action, unless postponed for longer than 24 hours. Live will be treated as a new match once resumed.

Is live play by play getting put back up for these? Especially seeing all basketball esport on here can only be placed on live market fixtures

Would like a free play please - having to wait this long is unacceptable and being a HOF member that has not asked for anything for a long time a free play would be appreciated!
