Wager was first settled as a win and then the winnings was taken back and wager wrongly updated as a push.

I placed wagers on tennis game for a player to win 1st set ($15) and to win the match ($15).
The player won the first set and then the other player retired in the 3rd set making the match wager a push.
The first set wager was initially graded as a win.
But when I woke up in the morning and checked my balance, the wager was updated as push and my winnings for the 1st set was taken back.
Please correct the error and return the winnings into my balance.
