I recently placed a winning 2 leg parlay for $252.93 to win $197.34. (Ref. 23061765363606) both legs were winners and i only received $5.22. very concerned as my bonus is now gone as well. max Verstappen(race winner) and michael morales(ufc fight winner) was the bet placed. hopefully i can get helped soon
This was because it was a split wager with cash and bonus funds.
The bonus expired before settlement was made, which would mean it takes any winnings with it unfortunately. So all you are left with is the winnings from the cash part of the wager.
that was not the case, this bonus did not expire until late august, i recently just activated this bonus anyhow. the bonus was “expired” because the win was (nulled) by mistake then reversed to a win and i was only given $5 instead. because i hit $0 bonus funds and no bets placed bovada cancelled my bonus entirely and the bets i should have won were only funded to me by the small amount i didnt have on bonus, this has happened to me before and the system corrected itself. not this time unfortunately, at least a (void) and my active bonus would be acceptable but to cancel both is very frustrating and confusing with it still being active
the bonus did not expire by date, it expired by funds from a wrongfully nulled bet that was later reversed
paul, the bonus did not expire. there was plenty of time left on the bonus.
can you tell me when that bonus expired then. because the date is gone on my end which is very unfortunate as well

This bet was technically graded correctly
The final set tiebreak only counts for 1 game
So 6-7, 6-4 would be 23 games and then the third set tiebreak counts as a game so it’s 24 total games as the outcome
I learned this lesson long ago. Tennis is the main sport I bet

I can see whete the confusion can be. If you look at Bovadas site and the score they had, they make it look like it went to a full 3rd set. The real outcome was a tiebreak which only counts for 1 point but bovadas scores make it deceptive. Yes, the winner was correct but the o/u hits according to their site score but misses according to other sites.

Jose Altuve did not play . this should have been no bet. why was it graded as a loss?
