Iā€™m currently arguing this on phone and email , just posting this here as well for visibility.

If we directly follow esports rule #1 and general rule #2, it is clear that Tundra is the official match winner, as determined on the date of the official match. There is no precedent for this exact scenario happening, so how is it appropriate to settle the wagers as a loss, when I have a clear and valid argument for the wagers being settled in my favor. Yes I understand the facts that the match at one point finished 2-0 BetBoom however if we are following the exact wording of Bovadaā€™s general and esports rules, Tundra is the official match winner as determined by the governing body , and this decision was made on the date of the official match. These two facts along with esports rule 1 and general rule 2 should entail that my wager is a winning wager. There is no rule stating that if a team has been disqualified by cheating, then Esports rule 1 and General rule 2 are no longer valid, so how can all of a sudden we start going by different rules?

If we arenā€™t following the rules, then whatā€™s the point of any rules? Are they all a lie? Every time I have argued something in the past, I have lost my argument due to the ā€œBovada rulesā€, which I validly accepted, but now when the rules agree with my points (which Reddit also believes) , the rules all of a sudden donā€™t matter and thereā€™s a new rule being applied that is not stated anywhere in the Bovada rules?
