Hi there–I made a series of parlay wagers on 3 October on the MLB wild card round parlaying the first game of the series with the series result (23101825602234, 23101825602331, 23101825602007, 23101825601721, 23101825601496). 3 of these wagers won and 2 lost. However, on 5 October (after all of the MLB wild card series had ended), all of these wagers were cancelled due to “correlated selections”.
Since Bovada offered the exact same bet (game 1 winner/series winner) at different lines as a single bet, this would be an incorrect parlay line rather than a prohibited single wager. In that situation, the Bovada rules (#16, General Rules) states that these parlays should be graded at the correct lines rather than cancelled as single bets: “In the case of an obvious error on a posted line, any and all single bets will be graded “Void” and all money to cover said bets will be returned to players’ accounts. Parlays involving such lines will be reduced accordingly. Bovada Casino and Sportsbook will adjust the line appropriately to remedy the situation, and the line replacing the obvious error will be deemed the true line or odds for betting purposes.”
Could you please explain why these parlay bets were cancelled entirely instead of regraded at the correct line, as stated by the Bovada rules?

I can see in your wagers both legs are tied together, which is correlation. If one leg wins, then the chances increase that the second leg will also win. In our Parlay rules it says 8. You cannot combine 1H/2H and full game odds of the same line segment for the same event as those lines are correlated. Nevertheless, you can combine point spreads and/or moneylines for the full game with 1H totals of the same event and vice versa. Parlay Betting
Why are they so quick to settle a lost but when it’s a win its delay for 30min + to settle terrible
It’s not about winning or losing but rather depends on how soon we receive the official results. Usually, it’s within 45-60mins, however can be a bit more during busy seasons.
