But I tried to contact as soon as possible when the match is still live and I tried contacting them for 4-5 hours. I got connected some thing around 7am this morning. I was trying to reach them if you need screenshots that I tried to contact, I can send them. I thought bovoda was 24/7 online services but it is not true. No one was there . when I wait for more than 20 mins in chat queue it will automatically cancelled. I did almost 5-6 times.
I can really say that your representative service was not 24/7.
Please don’t say that I didn’t contacted you.
I understand it everyone makes mistake when you ask for the resolution they send this message instruction list.
But you guys don’t follow it.
You can check my profile I lost so much but never contacted on this kind of issues .

These are very old 2022 NBA draft wagers that should have been graded a long time ago, quick Googling of Draft Day (June 23, 2022) only transactions (many sources include transactions that occur before or after that date, which shouldn’t count) shows they should all be wins: 21121427705251, 21121427705252, 21121427705253.
