Hey Mikey and to the other members just to make sure because I feel this doesnt make any sense

As you can see here i made an issue by mistake and did 220.94 instead of 20.94 which was my bonus funds which is what I was trying to use. This was a bet on a mid major college basketball game I never go anything above 2 units on college basketball as you can see by my history. why are the customer service agents so confused by this. it was a clear mistake and I cant get an exception so everyone else can get one but me lol cmon.

Have a question about a grading issue if anyone can provide any guidance to me. Bet $300 on Chicago Bears to finish 4th in their division at +235. They ended up finishing with the same record as the Vikings, but they lost the tie breaker so they finished 4th. The wager was marked as a win, but instead of winning $705 as I would have thought, they paid out $172.93. I sent an email and the only explanation I got was it was graded correctly because I used bonus money to place the bet, which I don’t even think I did since I never elect to receive bonuses. I asked them to respond with where in the rules it states how bonuses are paid out or to explain the math behind the payout calculation they just responded with “your question has been answered.” Does anyone know how this works or if this is correct??

@Theskz This was because the wager was placed with partly bonus funds. The Bonus in the meantime had expired or was forfeited, so the % of the win that corresponded to the bonus part of the wager was removed.

hello this is exactly what I was talking about I place the bet thinking it was still halftime and you guys didnt update the score its like come on. Can I please just get a refund for this. Its so misleading when you guys do that then dont allow us to cashout when your lines are having issues. Please Mods.
