Sports has advised that wagers on Alexander Bublik vs Andrey Rublev were settled based on rule #2 which states “If a player is disqualified after the start of the match and the opposing player/team progresses to the next round or is awarded the victory, the opposing player/team will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.”
