Right, the lesser amount goes toward the Playthrough Process. But how do I know how much do I need to win or lose to complete the Playthrough?

You should see a % on the actual bonus itself, this will show you what is remaining.
You total rollover will be the sum of the deposit and the bonus x by whatever the bonus is, so maybe 10x for example.
