I placed a tennis bet on a challenger match⊠the player I wagered on was up 1 Set to 0, and 1 game to 0 in the second set when his opponent retired⊠my bet was graded a push? Seems wrong to me?

In the event of a match starting but not being completed, all bets will be void unless the result of the wager has already been determined. As you placed a money line wager, and a winner was not selected, the wager was settled as no action.
I understand this ruling - however the language is quite vague (as this language is posted under âset betsâ)
Under live bets, it mentions that any match that has a winner - which mine does- will be graded as such.
Like I said, understand the ruling - but would suggest an update to the language!

Wager has now been settled.
I placed 3 bets that included a soccer game that ended up getting canceled due to a power outage. This was FC Juarez vs Atlético San Luis.
I messaged Live Chat since Iâve never had this happen. They told me that the leg would be canceled and my bet would be processed without that leg. Sweet! Well yesterday they were counted as a loss, which was fine since the game resumed and my bet didnt hit. Then today, they credited me the winnings and cancelled out the game in question. Nice! With the winnings i made a few more bets then Boom -$400 in my account. I messaged chat Support and basically told me it was a mistake they made and i basically cant do anything about this. Have you guys ever had this issue? Ive been with BV for years and NEVER had this issue. Im now in the negative!

@AtxGuy512 those wagers were settled correctly as the match was abandoned on the 7th due to bad light. It was then completed yesterday within the 24 hours. Per our sports betting rules as it pertains to soccer,
Any match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be graded as âNo Actionâ, except for matches that are resumed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or those wagers where the outcome has already been determined at the time of abandonment.
