Hey I’m brand new here to the community. I’m having a problem getting this resolved but I had a parlay get graded as a loss when it actually won.
Parlay was mariners/white Sox no run first inning, and Padres batter to reach a base in the first inning. Can someone help me?

I have several props bets that one or more legs was voided, but my balance never reflected the original wager coming back.

For reference, I had ANOTHER prop (Ref. PROPS-153423677), where a one leg was voided and one leg one- but you voided the entire wager. This seems a bit bizarre and I feel like the wagers above should result in the original wager being returned, yes?

Upon review it appears that you loss all the wagers as each of them contained a loss line. This type of bet should be thought of as a Parlay, where one loss means the entire bet is considered a loss.

Okay, but Ref. PROPS-153423677 had a win and a void, but was still only graded as a void. So you only grade as a void when every other leg is a win? I’m just confused as the rule seems really arbitrary. If I’m understanding correctly, if the other wagers had been wins, you still would have voided the ticket because of the one or two voided wagers- this seems as if you’re picking and choosing as it suits the book.

Since you loss one leg the entire parlay would be counted as a loss.
