So i assume this is part of the website issue but one of those bets shows iunsettled, then won, but my balance doenst update and the wager is still in my open bets.
Specifically 24071964638487, looks like they tried to settle it but it didjy work, it shoes unsettled and dropped my balance negative thwn settled as a win but my balance is still zero, ans the ticket is still in my open bets (which it should as eventho it shows win i havent been credited the money

This wager was graded incorrectly - Ref. 24071964369676
Keys withdrew due to injury in the third set. Per section 2 of your tennis rules:
“2. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, all bets will be void unless the result of the wager has already been determined.”
I had a previous bet get voided under similar circumstances so I’m not sure why this was graded as a loss. Please correct this
