Then it should happen to wagers i lost i feel they should not be open at that time so we don’t have any rights to choose. why should only you guys should have authority decide? I feel all my looses also should not be open it is a system error then
If a line is offered when it shouldn’t be, then it will be deemed as past post or a line error.
This would apply to winning or losing wagers, and is stated in the wagering terms on our website, HERE
And this happens at every book, even at the Casinos. I’ve watched it happen on Kiosk in both Vegas and at MGM in Biloxi, MS. Unfortunate but it does routinely happen.

Just a quick update on the settlement issue.
Our team are currently gathering the data, so any winnings can be credited, once this is done they will check for any open wagers showing on the account, and these will then be removed.
Will still do not have an ETA for this unfortunately, but this is the latest update we have received.
Thanks again for your patience and we hope to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Just checking, when you say “removed” do you mean graded? Thank you
They will be crediting winnings first, but you may still see the wager in your open bets, once players have been credited then they will start to remove them from open bets.

Same thing, when you click on a live line it gives you the red error statement "a system error occurred…’

Quick question, I am waiting on credits from last night. Are wagers from today working? If I deposit and make a bet will it be paid out or will I have to wait for the ones from last night to be resolved
Wagers placed today are fine, and should be settled without issue, it is just the ones from last night we have a problem with

Yes. I placed a live wager about 30 min ago but now can’t select anything live or matches/games coming up later
