Hey just pointing this out because its been a constant issue for 5 days now, live games staying open like this when actually over, it prevents timely settlement. Can this be looked at? Heres a live example, preventing settlement to ref 24081974420937.
We are unable to see that line listed, have your cleared your Cache and Cookies? Also after doing so, you should restart the browser.
Hey @Mikey it did close out about 10 mins after i posted, i only posted it because its been a consistent issue for days, ideally its looked at as an issue overall.
This looks like another example but i didnt have any wagers on it. Just trying to see if there is a live example right now. I cleared everything yesterday to see it the issues would be fixed by that, honestly settlement wouldn’t even be delayed if it were that.

The reason for this would be because you used bonus funds to place your wager and the bonus has since expired. This has been resolved for you.

This has been settled.
Placed a live 2Q basketball wager (24081974646162) and the match stood still at 7:13 remaining in 2Q for a few minutes and then disappeared from the board entirely. It’s been 40 minutes since I placed the wager and it is still in my open bets.
Currently we have no confirmed results from our provider for this match and as such, we will need to wait a bit longer for settlement.
Any idea how long that could take? I’ve never had a wager take this long to be graded unless there was a widespread issue on the site.
