There was no prerequisite that an opponent’s retirement would void the wager. This was a prop bet where the only condition was that all 3 players needed to win. Referencing the official results from the organization that ran the event, you’ll see that all 3 clearly won.

That is rule #4 which applies to “Total Sets” wagers. So that does not apply here.

Your Parlay is bet on Specials as I see - ‘6. Match Specials: If a player withdraws before the match is completed, all bets will be void unless settlement of any outcome has already been determined.’ so I’m assuming this would be more helpful. Sports Team has already reviewed your wager and confirmed it’s correctly settled, so we’re just relaying the information here. If you feel like we’re missing something we can forward this again and ask for more details, so let us know.

Rule #6 applies for Match Specials though, no? That’s for prop bets on the “Match”. See screenshot for example.
