He had 0 at bats. Every other sportsbook has voided him because of that. How can a batting prop not be voided if that player doesn’t bat?

Bet the first half over 33 of Alabama vs west Kentucky on Aug 31st score 42-0 and wager still graded as a loss. Email sent 820pm Aug 31st and just getting a reply. This needs to be fixed asap please help.
