i made wager on ncaa game. the wager was what player would score first td. it listed a group of players then had ANY OTHER PLAYER which i took. a player not listed scored first td but Bovada gave me a loss. whats up with that? it was a win on another site. it said PLAYER, not defense, etc

Please check #24112018434843. This was graded as a loss, but should be a win. The bet was for both teams to take 1+ corners in the first half and each team to have 2+ cards in the game.
Manchester United had 1 corner in the first half and 3 in the second. Chelsea took 4 corners in both the first and second halves.
Manchester United received 6 cards during the game. Chelsea received 2 cards during the game.

Thanks for looking at it @Alice. I’m not debating that the dead heat rule was applied property - it was.
My issue with the settlement is that the math on the parlay is wrong for some reason.
The correct math is:
The dead heat odds are divided by 6 winners +575/6 = +98.53 odds
$50 parlay @ +98.53 odds, +102 odds and +300 odds = $752.06.
The incorrect payout was $454.50 and i can’t see how that number was reached!
