I need immediate help. I have talked to 3 different customer support agents and I am convinced they are all bots because they have me waiting for 40+ minutes and all respond the same way. Basically I place two bets on 11/15/24 and they both lost. On 11/17/24 I was charged again for those two same losses and my account became negative 2170. I won a bet yesterday so it basically ate into my profit. After talking different agents they won’t give me an explanation or what happened nor did they agree to fix it. This is troubling because I planned on depositing more money, but it won’t make sense if my account is in the negative. I’d rather play on some different website if this is the final resolution.

Reviewing the account right now.
Upon review appears that there was a few wagers that were incorrectly settled as win and you used the funds. Once your account was adjusted to reflect that the wagers were correctly settled as a loss your balance went negative. This has been fixed and the negative balance was removed. As of now there is nothing wrong with your account.

Should be soon (hopefully) NY times says there is 1.7% left to count and Trump leads by 1.7% so it’s about to become mathematically impossible for her to win even if she got 100% of the remaining votes, which she won’t
