I need a loss re-graded as a win. This was for the CDBL game between Wuhan Lightening and Jinan Cyclones. My wager was 2Q O52.5. Per the scoreboard, this quarter ended with a total of 54 points.
The issue is because the Basketball overview screen showed the game i just mentioned. However, after noticing that one of the teams listed on my wager was different than the game i wagered on. For some reason, my wager shows that it was for a game between Wuhan Lightenings and Xian-something. Obviously it is not possible for one team to be playing in two separate games simultaneously. Im not sure why this is happening but i intended to wager on the Lightenings vs Cyclones game. It was the only CDBL game listed at the time.
Ive included a screenshot which shows the game as i described. I have no clue how this game could have been displayed only for my wager to include an entirely new team. Again, its not possible for one team to play in two separate games simultaneously.

When i pulled up transactions again to copy that number it showed the correct teams again. When i refreshed the page it switched back to the incorrect game.
I repeat, REFRESHING THE PAGE RESULTS IN ONE OF MY WAGERS CHANGING FROM ONE GAME TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GAME. Oh what do you know, the total for the 2Q in this mystery game that keeps showing up was only 49. Odd.
The correct game is Wuhan Lightnings @ Xian Legends as the other game you were referring to was not being played at the time.

The dispute is that the actual game was between Wuhan Lightenings and Jianin Cyclones. Please look at the screenshot i provided, that was the game i was betting on. And again, how could the same CDBL team be playing in two separate games taking place simultaneously.
Ok, than the issue is that your website was showing a game between 2 teams, but selected a wager on the game being displayed would unknowingly be for an entirely different game.
How am I supposed to know which game is actually taking place. Its showing that there is only one game going on with available wagers, its between Wuhan Lightenings and Jianin Cyclones as shown in the screenshot, i select a wager from that game and place it based on the information being shown to me, but im somehow supposed to guess that theres actually some sort of issue causing the wrong game to be displayed? And so im forced to take a loss because your website made it seem like i was wagering on one game when i was actually wagering on one that wasnt even showing up anywhere???

Yes, Im fully aware of what the wager is showing now. What im desperately attempting to explain to you is that what was being displayed to me throughout the entire process was an entirely different game. Again, look at the screenshot. The website was showing me that game, not the one thats showing up on my wager.
Im not concerned eith which game was the correct game. Im concerned with what your website was displaying, as in, the information the website was providing to me and what i believed I was wagering on when i placed my wager.
How about this. Check the schedule and see if there was a game between Wuhan Lightenings and Jianin Cyclones within the last couple of hours in the CDBL League. If not, than please guve me an explanation for why the website was showing that there was a game in progress that wasnt actually taking place, or at least, not between the two teams it was showing and not with the same scores I was considering when i decided to place my wager. Otherwise, this would show there was clearly some sort of issue with how games were being displayed. Kooking through the forums it seems im far from the only one who was being showed games that either didnt exist or took place hours or even days in the past.
Again, i do not care which game was actually taking place. I am solely concerned with the information displayed to me and that my wagering decision was based on. I have provided clear evidence that the game i was seeing was between two different teams than the one ghat was apparently taking place. This is wrong. If all the information the website is providing to me is for one game than i expect that when i select a wager its going to be for the game that corresponds to the game im being led to believe is taking place. If what im being shown is incorrect than i dont understand how you could possibly consider my wager to be valid and legitimate. Unless you can explain why the two teams that show up in my screenshot are being shown to me if its not a legitimate game than im not sure how you could justify not returning my wager to me at the absolute bare minimum.

Yes, that appears to be the game that was shown to me. Thats the game i thought i was wagering on because why eould i think otherwise if the website is showing it, scores are increasing, clock is running down. Etc.
This game did take part, as you can see from the date
The one you are referring to is some 90 minutes later than the one you wagered on according to the times on these.
