Apparently that future I made a while back was tied to a bonus, that I had inadvertently forfeited because it was showing $0.00 on my screen. I had no idea the wager was tied to that bonus, otherwise I would not have forfeited. I feel misled. The amount showing should have been the amount I wagered. Its very tricky.
Can you PLEASE reinstate that bonus so that I donât forgo the Popular Vote winner I received. Its like over $1,000!!!

2H includes OT unless regulation time is stated
So youâd need to check your slip

@JosephChang as per our parlay rules: 3. If any leg of your parlay has been graded âNO ACTIONâ, the parlay will reduce to the next number of teams in the wager. @ani345 some wagers regarding the elections have been settled but for other wagers like in your case, weâre still waiting for the official information to be available.

Earlier today, there was a cup match in Iran. Throughout the game, the tracker was showing 1-2, then following a Tractor goal, it showed 2-2 for 10/15 minutes. I made bets on the losing team to score and o3.5 at 1-2, the tracker showed me a goal and then I was paid out. After this, I placed bets on the o4.5 and Tractor to score a 3rd team goal. 10 minutes after this (in the 87th ish minute), the lines locked and it showed 1-2 on the tracker, but 2-2 on the soccer page.
Just now I checked, and it took away all of the winnings I had from the 4th goal (o3.5 and o1.5 tt tractor, and tractor to score the 4th), and it graded the 2nd batch of bets (o4.5 and o3.5 tt) a loss (which is correct).
I am okay with losing bets because that is part of the game, but if the tracker is showing me incorrect information for over 10 minutes making me think the game is 2-2, and you guys are letting me bet on the game as if the game is 2-2, I feel like it is really unfair to accept bets on the match when you are showing the incorrect information. After the match, it is showing 1-2 tractor losing, but for a 10 minute window (until the 87th minute) you were showing 2-2. Make this right @moderators
Like I said, I am okay with losing bets and I did not have a crazy amount on these, but it does not feel right to me that I am being punished for a mistake your website made (showing me incorrect information which caused me to bet on the match). I have bet on soccer before where VAR comes into play, but VAR never happened here, they do not have VAR in this match/cup. The score was changed 10-15 minutes after I was paid out for the previous goal, and had already bet on another goal.

We strive to ensure our Scoreboard is reflective of live game action; however, on occasion, discrepancies can occur between scoreboard details and the lines offered. As such, lines will be settled according to what occurs in the game, using the data contained in the official play by play for the given sport.
So explain this to me:
If I catch you guys making a mistake on a live soccer bet, and I place a bet on a goal that has already happened, you guys will void my bet once you realize. When I am on that side of the table, why is my bet not being voided?
If the line that you are betting on is a stale line, yes, it will be voided.
Then why are you guys giving the line out at 4.5 showing a game is 2-2, when a game is 1-2? There was no option to bet o3.5, which is implying that the game is 2-2
I understand that the scoreboard cannot be relied upon, but the team totals for both teams said o2.5. That is implying the game was 2-2. It was also all of your guys lines, not just the scoreboard
I will accept my losses on both, but in my opinion you guys should void the 2nd batch of bets, it really is not fair to me
