Of course it was a loss, 
Iāve asked them now what the website used to score the game was so I can provide it to you.
It does seem that if you check the link I posted where it says 66-87, if you go to the actual quarter summary it does also show as 69. It appears the actual score is a typo unfortunately.

Hi inquiring about wagers Ref. 21061330295738
Ref. 21061330295844 and Ref. 21061330295514. All were under bets for 3q of screenshot game below. The score ticker was tracking the whole quarter until time ran out. The total points for the 3q was 38. The ticker then froze before adjusting the score multiple times. Please advise as I find this very concerning.
As you can see at https://betsapi.com/r/3610492/Al-Hilal-Sports-Women-v-AFDF-Women the score in the third quarter was actually 31-29 so we do apologize if the scoreboard was incorrect at times. However, as per our Live Betting rules HERE, we never advise using the scoreboard as a source of information as itās more for entertainment purposes. We always advise using an actual live or official source to track bets like this as the actual lines will always follow the actual gameflow.
That being said just to add, we do obviously apologize for them being incorrect in this case.
At a loss of words on this one Ryan.
I tracked the game the entire quarter and the ticker updated with the score throughout and the clock and all odds worked like normal. Waited for a timeout to place my bets and then this happens. Are you really telling me to not trust the system? I know for a fact if this was the other way around you would void the bets.

I understand any frustration here but these bets definitely wouldnāt be voided even if this was a win. We would only void wagers if they were incorrect as per the actual game or past post. The screenshot youāre showing merely shows that our scoreboard is incorrect, but you made a specific 3rd quarter over/under wager and the lines for that arenāt on the screen that Iām seeing. Ultimately the lines provided would be correct according to the actual gameplay, and if not then they would be voided. However, this does appear to be a case of using our scoreboard for information and not an official source unfortunately.

I donāt have a damn screenshot because everything was working like normal until the clock read zero. The 3q score read AFDF 20 Al hilal 18. I put my phone down for two minutes only to find the scoreboard magically changed by over 20 points and as you can see in my screenshot above the scoreboard was wrong first then readjusted again.
Essentially if those bets do not get voided I can no longer in good faith trust this site and will
Never deposit again.

Iāll escalate to the Sports Team in regards to the actual score at the time you placed your wagers to see if there was an issue with them being pass post and voidable. However, in all likelihood these wagers do appear to have been correctly offered considering the actual gameflow so I canāt guarantee anything.
Again, basing betting decisions on the live scoreboard isnāt something we advise and is advised against in our rules. I do apologize that it was incorrect and understand being frustrated at this but we cannot void wagers that are correctly settled as we need to consider both sides here including the players that also bet on the over and had winning wagers.

have them check the time on my wagers versus time of settlement and they will see it impossible for the score to vary by that much. the 3q total had to already be over the 40.5 and 41.5 total points when I placed the bets.
