Yes I appreciate it was for Valkyrie, but according to what I’m seeing it was archived footage from Ragnarok that was used in episode 1. There is no credit on the imdb regarding Valkyrie at all.
This is being checked by the traders now so I’ll get back to you as soon as they respond.
But again that was not the bet. The bet was on whether or not she would appear, be it with speaking lines or archived footage from Ragnarok, which you’ve indicated as true. That bet was won
I do understand what you are saying, I’m just waiting for them to get back to me regarding the mechanics of the wager.
Dumb question…but do live baseball bets get cancelled if game is called?
@Kailuamoku I did respond to this on the other thread, but yes. Moneylines have action wagers such as runlines and totals will be no action. You can see the rules here
This payout was wrong, I believe the White Sox won by 2 runs and cleared the -1.5:
||7/19/214:58 PM|Loss - Single
| * Chicago White Sox -1.5 (+100)Minnesota Twins @ Chicago White Sox |
|---|
any ideas on that one?
it should have been a win for me.

@5DONE20, Welcome to the Community.
Unfortunately you bet on Game 1 of this double header, and the White Sox lost game 1 by a run.
The second game was 5-3.
Oh…thanks, I didn’t see that…I was all pumped with the walk-off homer to clear the 1.5…my bad.
No worries, good luck on your next wagers!
Of course I only hit the smallest bet i made haha.

Thank you in advance for the settlement

It was a bucks future championship win. It was graded as a win in my transactions but I DID NOT RECIEVE THE FUNDS.
The live chat support said I will not recieve the winnings because the bet was placed with a bonus that apparently expired 14 days ago and because of that I won’t recieve anything. It was a future! How can that be the way business is done! This makes no sense
Please help with this
Lol wow. Bovada Pay this man that’s a terrible look
@Mattg14 21071347946381 was already settled.
With regard to wager 21051323680222 I’m afraid Customer Services are correct.
As the bonus had already expired then it would automatically take any winnings associated with it.
When making a wager with bonus funds it’s always advisable to check the expiry date on them before the wager is placed to avoid any disappointment.
That is absolutely insane. It was a future bet for a major sport event (fyi it was $69 to win over $500). I place the bet, I win the bet, and now you’re not paying. So when I placed the bet there was a 0% chance I was getting paid.
That is horrible. I cant believe that’s the stance and is allowed. I’m done.
I caution anyone, I never had much troubles here but if they are pulling this on me eventually they can pull this on you. It was a future bet. Why even allow me to place it if that’s the case! Terrible.
Sorry I cant believe this and re reading the reply: “When making a wager with bonus funds it’s always advisable to check the expiry date on them before the wager is placed to avoid any disappointment.”
To avoid any disappointment? You mean to avoid literally not getting paid on a bet that is won??.. I really cant believe it
I understand your frustration here, however all bonuses do have an expiry date on them which is clearly displayed, as this was explained to you already by the Customer Services agent you spoke with.
I will however see if there is something we can do as a one time exception in this case, and we will PM you shortly.
Hey guys, can you look into Ref. 21071347981411, all of them have been winners for about an hour now
Having a look right now.
Based on the wager details the game with Los Angeles Dodgers vs *San Francisco Giants has yet to be played, once played the wager will be settled.
