Hi, there was a red card in regulation in this game. Can you double check? Thank you! Ref. #22021466250488

It shows that there was no red cards in the game.

The Egypt Manager got two yellows and got sent off…no players got red cards…not sure how that gets handled but a Red was given according to FlashScore

Seeing that it was not players then it won’t affect the wager.

Not sure if it is in the rules however may want to look into red card wording vs player sent off…just a suggestion as could get confusing since managers get Reds

Can you grade the postponement of this game please.

Its been escalated for you

REF 22021482755893

Ended about 35 minutes ago and hasn’t been graded @moderators

I had Sloan stephens at +7.5 games for the match. The match retired going into third set games won were Sloan 10 opponent 11. It would have been impossible for Sloan to lose the match by greater than 7 games, thus impossible to lose the wager. I don’t understand how this can be graded a push when it was impossible to lose. I already spent 30 mins explaining this in chat support and they told me it was void which is completely unfair.

@Fishhooks I’m afraid as per the rules, if a player does retire before the end of the game then the wager will be void.

Tennis Betting Rules

  1. All wagers on head-to-head matches have action until the completion of the match, regardless of any delays due to rain or darkness, a change of schedule, a change of date, a change of location or a change of surface (either before or during the match).

  2. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, all bets will be void unless the result of the wager has already been determined.

  • If a player is disqualified after the start of the match and the opposing player/team progresses to the next round or is awarded the victory, the opposing player/team will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
  1. Total Games/Game Spread: These general rules apply to games in individual sets, games in match and player games. In the event of forfeited points/games, these will count for final settlement;
  • For the purposes of all such markets a tie-break or Match tie-break is counted as one game.
  • If a player withdraws before the match is completed, unless the result is already determined at the time of the withdrawal, all Total Games and Game Spread markets will be void.
    • Example 1: A set is abandoned at 4-4; bets on Over/Under 9.5 games or fewer in the set are settled as winners/losers respectively, since any natural conclusion to the set would have at least 10 games; bets on Over/Under 10.5 games or more will be void.
    • Example 2: A best-of-3 set match is abandoned at 6-2 4-6; bets on Over/Under 23.5 games or fewer in match will be settled as winners/losers respectively, since any natural conclusion to the match would have at least 24 games; bets on Over/Under 24.5 games or more will be void.
    • Example 3: A best-of-3 set match is abandoned at 6-3 3-6 5-5; bets on either player with a handicap of +2.5 or more will be settled as winners, bets on either player with a handicap of -2.5 or less will be settled as losers. All bets on handicaps ranging from -2 to +2 will be void.
  • Game Spread wagers are determined by adding the total number of games won by each individual player in the entire match, then applying the handicap.
  1. Total Sets: Wagers will be void if either player retires before the match is completed, except in situations where the outcome of the bet is already determined.
  • Example 1: For a best-of-3 set match; if a third set is required but is not completed, bets on over 2.5 Sets will be settled as winners and bets on under 2.5 sets will be settled as losers.
  • Example 2: For a best-of-5 set match; if a fourth set is required but is not completed, bets on over 3.5 Sets will be settled as winners and bets on under 3.5 sets will be settled as losers.
  • Example 3: For a best-of-5 set match; If a 5th set is required but is not completed, ‘5 Sets’ will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
  1. Set Betting: In the event of a retirement or disqualification, all bets will be voided. If the specified number of sets are changed, bets will also be void.

  2. Match Specials: If a player withdraws before the match is completed, all bets will be void unless settlement of any outcome has already been determined.

  3. Match Tie Breaks: If a match is decided by a Match tie break (first to 10 points) then it will be considered as a set for settlement purposes in Set Winner, Set Betting and Total Sets markets. For the ‘Will There Be A Tie-Break in The Match?’ market it will not count as a tie break for settlement purposes.

  4. Total Aces/Double Faults markets:Bets settled based on official tournament statistics.

  5. Tennis Futures (Majors): All bets have action, whether the player competes or not.

  6. Outright Betting/Quarter Winner:Player must complete one point in the tournament for bets to have action. Markets may be subject to a Rule 4 deduction.

  7. Match with Most/Least Games: The designated number of matches in the specified Round must be completed in full for bets to have action, unless settlement us already determined.

  8. Stage of Elimination/To Reach Round: Player must complete one point in the tournament for bets to have action. When the market is updated during the tournament and a specified player withdraws prior to his next scheduled match, any bets placed after his previous round/match will be void.

  9. Tournament Total Sets/Games In Round markets: The designated number of matches in the specified Round must be completed in full for bets to have action, unless settlement us already determined.

  10. Tournament Match Betting/Who Will Go Further: Both players in a specified match-up must complete one point in the tournament for bets to have action. If both players are eliminated at the same stage of the tournament, then bets will be void.

  11. Winning Quarter/Winning Half: Name which quarter/half of the main draw the tournament winner will come from

@Paul_Bovada the outcome of this wager was already determined a winner. How can this not be graded a winner according to the rules pasted above?

I will ask sports to check on it for you
