It shows that there was no red cards in the game.
The Egypt Manager got two yellows and got sent offâŚno players got red cardsâŚnot sure how that gets handled but a Red was given according to FlashScore
Seeing that it was not players then it wonât affect the wager.
Not sure if it is in the rules however may want to look into red card wording vs player sent offâŚjust a suggestion as could get confusing since managers get Reds

I had Sloan stephens at +7.5 games for the match. The match retired going into third set games won were Sloan 10 opponent 11. It would have been impossible for Sloan to lose the match by greater than 7 games, thus impossible to lose the wager. I donât understand how this can be graded a push when it was impossible to lose. I already spent 30 mins explaining this in chat support and they told me it was void which is completely unfair.

@Fishhooks Iâm afraid as per the rules, if a player does retire before the end of the game then the wager will be void.

All wagers on head-to-head matches have action until the completion of the match, regardless of any delays due to rain or darkness, a change of schedule, a change of date, a change of location or a change of surface (either before or during the match).

In the event of a match starting but not being completed, all bets will be void unless the result of the wager has already been determined.
- If a player is disqualified after the start of the match and the opposing player/team progresses to the next round or is awarded the victory, the opposing player/team will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
- Total Games/Game Spread: These general rules apply to games in individual sets, games in match and player games. In the event of forfeited points/games, these will count for final settlement;
- For the purposes of all such markets a tie-break or Match tie-break is counted as one game.

- Game Spread wagers are determined by adding the total number of games won by each individual player in the entire match, then applying the handicap.
- Total Sets: Wagers will be void if either player retires before the match is completed, except in situations where the outcome of the bet is already determined.
- Example 1: For a best-of-3 set match; if a third set is required but is not completed, bets on over 2.5 Sets will be settled as winners and bets on under 2.5 sets will be settled as losers.
