Those bets shouldnât have been voided.
Look at the bottom half of the paragraph. It says âunlessâŚa player in the starting lineup is substituted and/or result has already been determinedâ.
Since the result was already determined before the suspension happened, it should count. Thatâs what I take from the rules that are listed.

I would PM a moderator. They should help out. I mean thatâs what I understand from the rules. It does say âunlessâŚand/or result has already been determinedâ in which in my opinion it was since Judge hit it in the 7th. If say he didnât hit a homerun and the game was suspended and ended in the 8th due to rain, I can see your bet being voided. BUT, he already hit the homerun before the game was suspended and thus should qualify.

A PM is a private message. If you go to your icon on the top right corner of the screen and click on it, you should see a drop down list of messages, replies, etc. Thereâs also 4 icons on the top row. Click on the one that is 'Messages" twice (the one that looks like an envelope). Once you click on that twice, it should bring you to a page with your info. On the left side of the screen, you should see a button called âNew Messageâ. Click on that and it should bring you to a page where you can compose a message. In the To: section, type in moderators
Then, fill in the body with your message and click Send. Hope that helps.

Couldnt find send new message button maybe because im on mobile did see a list of moderators so ill try mentioning one @Vicky_Bovada

It seems the issue here is the difference between the Props Builder rules and our main site rules. What that agent offered was our main site rules, however, this appears to be built in the props builder and the rules here is simply that any game that doesnât go this same distance is graded as void:

I will reach out to that agent now in order to follow up as it seems what they stated was incorrect. The actual rule does seem to be followed here though, as the prop builder rule is slightly different.

Regardless if there is confusion in a rule or some sort of misunderstanding amongst agent/ customer / etc. youâve gotta give your customer the benefit of the doubt . It is only right.

I think there was a misunderstanding, which we will follow up on, but the wager was correctly settled as per the rules.

So if we were going off site rules id get payed but since it goes off prop builder rules i dont?
This is really starting to piss me off itâs way to many bs errors on here for me to b spending all this money I need to talk to like higher authority or something
