Wager Settlement Issues (Part 1)

Escalated now.

I placed a bet on the Oleg Obidnyi table tennis and it was an over and it was paid out and then taken away and wanted to see about getting this corrected

My wager was incorrectly graded as a loss when it should still be active. The leg Arizona Diamondbacks NOT to score in the first inning was graded as a loss when the Arizona Diamondbacks, in fact, did NOT score in the first inning.

The wager reference number is: 22051526338052

Here is a link to the box score of the game:

Welcome to the Community @bwood3052. We’ll get this escalated now.

Please. This should still be an active bet.

This should be fixed now.

Thank you!

Ref PROPS-49316848, curious why the entire parlay was voided if 2/3 legs were voided. Shouldn’t it just revert to a straight bet that I won. For example I got 1/3 correct, other two voided as they didn’t play. Technically I should just win a straight bet on the one I won?

Unfortunately the prop builder doesn’t work this way. These are the onsite rules, but the prop builder voids any 2 player prop that voids to 1 bet.

So if I lost I’d get my money back too

Also what would happen if 2/3 players played

Why was my bet considered a Loss if this was definitely a win ! Real Madrid to win in Regulation time !? Ref : 22051526379543

Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately though it does appear that this game did go to OT and Real did win the playoff legs with a goal in extra time so this wouldn’t be a winner. The wager was for ‘Real Madrid in Regulation’ (Method of Victory). In other words they had to actually progress from regulation with a Victory. As they went to OT this was graded correctly as a loss.

This is why the odds for this were more than 6 to 1 as they would have had to win by at least 2 goals in regulation to advance and complete the wager.

Can someone explain why these were all voided when the result was already determined?

then why did it take till the game to be over for it to consider a loss !? Should it have to be a loss the moment it went to OT ? This definitely says regulation victory ! nothing about OT
