Sorry for any delay with a response here, note that for Soccer and Baseball in the prop builder, if a player does not start the game their stats are voided. This would count in the case of a loss as well. This meant that your Ronaldo and Salah bets were voided. And in the case of reduced single bets, these as well get refunded.

There’s some really sketchy basketball leagues out there and I placed a wager on one of them Mali - Première Division May 26, 2022 04:00 PM EDT. The teams playing were AS Real vs Mande, there was over 4 mins left and I live bet AS Real +11.5 and the score was Mande up 82-70. The time and score never changed and the final ended up being 82-70 even though there was 4 mins left. They canceled and somehow settled at that score. I looked up on Twitter and social media to see what happened and supposedly there was a fight or something so they had to cancel the game. Can Bovada refund this bet? There’s nothing in the terms and I was wondering if someone could help me out or understand how can this be a legit loss, since it was an unfair bet.

We do see that this states there was a fight, but nowhere does it state that the match was cancelled. All other sources we’ve seen seem to have this match as official

There would normally be a notice if this was cancelled during the match.
It is possible that our live scoreboard was simply incorrect at the time and showed 4 minutes even though it was later in the match.

If the live board was incorrect, that’s definitely an unfair advantage and I pretty much lost right away as soon as I wagered.
