Anyone having wager issue lately especially this morning. Freaken submitted a play and it got submitted 3 times same amount and posted same time. Reached out to chat but it took forever to load and even call in host to hope the host can resolve the issue before wagers get graded. Obviously the time spent reaching out to someone they can help took longer than expected and now pending bets been graded. Any common sense person will see that the bet was posted the same time frame and same amount could see it wad not my intend to bet it three times. No possible way to submitted it three times and it is because bovada always having issue with their website making it difficult to bet. Line loading and then disappearing .

Anyone have the same issue as me with Bovada website . How the heck my bet was submitted three times with a submission of one time.

Can any @moderators help me with this issue because it make no sense to lose two extra bets when i did not submitted it three timess

I believe this has already been addressed by CS.

CS telling me i have to wait but can you escalate it to someone that can help and expedite this situation. Its common sense to see that i obviously did not want to bet this three times and that i wanted to submit this ONE time ONLy and the website submitted it two more times without me consenting it . Why would i want to submitted it multiple time especial in the same time frame and how would i do that in a very short time. It just frustrating that noone is looking it fast enough

For anyone one care about the update. Bovada escalate to upper management and theu end up thinking the right decision is to take the 2 wagers that was submitted at the same time as the initial wager and same amount instead of refunding or canceling it for me. There reason is because the wagers was graded already and it was a loss. I immediately contacted chat but it took forever and then called into CS and speak to host but host was not available. While the CS help me with this issue the game is going on and i even stated that if you can expedited this issue before the game is over and the results come in. It was 11 mins to go in the first quarter when i was dealing with this issue with CS.

At end of the day bovada will not cancel the wagers …of course results come in for wagers since it took this escalated matter awhile to fo figure out a solution and look into it.

Please do better bovada everyone know bovada been having on and off issue with their website and how line sometime load and the disappear.

Anyone common sense person can see the wagers was submitted and placed at the same timeframe. Its hard to do that on bovada especially how website always have issue. All i know is i push submission once and three wagers goes to pending and now i have tk take the loss for it.

Only offer i got is a bonus credit for one wager and a rollover .

615x2 =1,230 loss but get 615 bonus back with roll over.

Still make no sense to me when it clearly was the website causing the issue but i get the consequences of it.

That said, we recognize the unique circumstances in your case and, as a gesture of goodwill, an exception was made. While we could not cancel the wagers, I see that an offer was give to you as a one time exception after this was escalated. We understand this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but it is a discretionary offer provided outside of our usual policy.

This doesn’t really suit me with that statement.

The submission multiple times was not unintentional since i never push the submission three times. All i did was submitted my wager once and somehow the system processed three wagers a and show three same pending wagers that are submitted with the same stamp time. There is no way it is the player(user ) fault and it has to be a system error or issue. Bovada likes to not admit to their system causing the error and refusing to cancel the pending wagers.

I also do not like the statement that the wagers was graded and can not be un-done. I clearly reached out to support via chat and phone to handle the issue right when the game started . Clearly the wager have no shown a result yet and bovada took too long to look into the issue so of course the wagers got graded. By the time bovada support come back the gamr have been going on and about ti show result of my wagers how can i control that? I did the right thing of contacting support regarding the issue before the game showing any result against me or in my favor.

I honestly thing the correct thing bovada should have done is offer me both wagers amount instead of 1 wager amount as a bonus. It basically telling me that it was not our fault the wager was submitted multiple times and it was you , as a player , did it. I am for sure i did not submit the same wager three times at the same time frame which is pretty tough especially how bovada website always having issue and the line always changes and being on and off all the time. All bovada had to do is sorry we cant cancel the wagers due to it processed already but however we know it some system issue and we will like to offer both wagers credit back as a bonus but instead you only did 1 which make no sense since there was two wagers that was created from one wager submission.

All time stamp the same time and i do not know how i can manually submitted myself. Two extra pending transaction was submitted and if you said i could accidentally done it manually there is no possible way since I X out the box after submitting the initial wager . If i do manually accidentally then i have to accidentally click “retain this selection” twice to bet the same bet again and also have to “accidentally” type the same amount again. I think it would be hard to “accidentally clicked “retain this bet” and also type the amount” then process the wagers again in the same time frame. So your explanations does not fit my situation since i clearly X out the browser. If bovada was gonna refund or credit back an accident wager then why only credit 1 wager when there was total of two that was not submitted by me.

3 same wagers with same amount and timeframe. So two of it could not be done by me and should credit back 2 of it not 1.
