If you would like to keep my business, can you please explain what the sports team is waiting for? Is it the results to be certified? Doesn’t seem like that is the standard in the terms and conditions or the what was used for electoral college settlement.
This is obviously not a fair application of your posted terms. Please fix this ASAP. It’s been decided for at least a week.
Would understand if the “sports team” is waiting for all the votes to be counted, but there are not enough uncounted votes left mathematically for anyone to win the popular vote other than Trump.

The Sports team is waiting for official results. Once received, all wagers will be settled right there and then. We have no further information available regarding unsettled election wagers. Thank you for your patience thus far and please continue to monitor.

All we are asking for is what the sports team considers “official results”. The terms of political wagers do not refer to “official results”.

The Sportsbook has official sites what they use to settle wagers, that is why sometimes we must wait till they get the results and settle the wagers.

Every single news outlet has called it. It’s absolutely ridiculous that bovada is the only book to not have paid these out. And it makes it seem even more sketchy with you guys saying “sites with official results” and not communicating them to the customers. Like how “whoscored.com” is official for soccer.

Seriously, any “official” or gov affiliated site that I look at, they only have results from 2020, so what are could they possibly be using that has different info than all of the AP or news outlets? Which have ALL said it’s mathematically impossible for it to flip.
