No, this is unacceptable. I need a link to a public official score website. As per bovada terms and conditions; there must be official third party score. If you cannot provide this link; then please refund both wagers. @moderators

If you do not have an official score that can be seen outside of bovada, then you cannot grade the wager. Otherwise, thereās no way for customers to see or believe in the legitimacy of the match. You cannot simply send me something from your sports team and claim itās proof. I need concrete proof. As of now I have multiple websites proving the under and you have zero websites proving the over.
Therefore, you need to refund the wagers, less provide a link with proof. Thank you very much
We obtain official results, the results as you can clearly see on betsapi are missing the last quarter.
Iām not sure I will be actually able to get you a link as itās likely the results are sent to us internally and are not on a sports website.
I have sent a note to sports to see if we can actually provide a link for this.
As per the sports team:
āThere are sources online that sometimes have incomplete results, we donāt rely on outside sources to settle our wagers. All markets are settled based on our providerās results. We cannot control what other sites post or not postā
Once again; this is unacceptable and I can take more steps to sportsbook reviews and external resolution centers. In any event to be wagered on, there is ALWAYS somewhere the bettor can see the posted results to the match, independent of the sportsbook! In all my years, I have never once heard of something like this.
The problem here is most of the sites will used the same source, such as betsapi and bsportsfan.
If one is incorrect then they all will be, and you can clearly see there is no 4th quarter score.
It may be (and I have seen this before) that they do update it later.
But for now however as per the official scores we received the result will stand.

This is not going to cut it. Do you have any video of the gameplay? A website directly from the source/league? Anything to prove this imagine wasnāt made in photoshop/paint/word?
I will give you some time to provide this and/or refund the wagers, and then I will be filing a dispute with the major sportsbook reviews.
Thereās a few things to note here. This is how we grade all wagers as does almost any sports betting site. There is no difference here between this and any other wager grade. Yes I realize there are usually sources online that will show a result, but we always grade our wagers based on our official sources. If having to wait all the time for other websites like Bsports to confirm a score, wagers would be graded far slower than they are now.
Again, it is likely that these websites will eventually update scores for games like these and if at that point there are differences we can look into it. Remember that in most cases there is no reason for us to grade a wager a specific way. With your bet losing those that bet the over won. In these cases we do have to consider both sides and grade wagers appropriately.
This decision will stand unfortunately unless you can provide a source that shows the final score with the 4th quarter as different. This was the correct result.
Please settle this. Damn be taking my money quick but takes forever to pay out.

Yeah looks like it was quickly settled in error based on game 1 and they unsettled right away since it was the wrong game
