This isn’t the same issue. The player above was asking for an escalation and we weren’t able to even escalate if all the sources we review show a final score and are the same. If that player had an actual dispute website or something showing different we would certainly ask the sports team to look into it and review the actual official source we grade on.
In your case we absolutely did escalate since there was a different result or item that disputed the grading, and our official sources did provide what we posted above. Ultimately we always grade by these official sources. Betsapi is never what we use to score or grade a result. It is just a useful tool to look into whether there even is an issue.

It said winnings was supposed to be $91 and not $45.
One of the legs was a push, so in effect it dropped down to a 6 leg parlay at which point the odds would have been re-calculated.
