Last night I made a bet of 50 dollars on Mac Jones and Kylar Murray to both throw an interception in the MNF game. As many of you know, Kylar Murray tore his ACL on like the third snap of the game. It was a very sad thing to see. On every other sportsbook I can think of this bet would be voided because the player didnât even play a quarter of the snaps of the game.
However through many attempts to get this ticket voided, the support team keeps telling me it is a valid ticket.
I am struggling to understand how this could still be a valid ticket if the poor guy didnât even play 5 minutes of the game. Every other competing sportsbook I can gaurentee this is a voided ticket.
Everyone reading this should think about switching because this place steals money for fun.
On top if this ridiculousness, they have decided to stop providing me with any bonuses for the week. This place is pure evil
Note that this wager is graded correctly. Any time a player actually enters the game and starts these wagers have action. Injuries are a part of sports as unfortunate as they are and are a risk inherent in any bet. Remember that we grade different sides of different wagers. Any player that bet on an under for Kyler and got lucky that he was removed from the game would certainly disagree that their wager should be overturned when he started the game and weâre following along with our stated rules.
I understand being frustrated but to state that weâre robbing you or stealing is simply false. This is a wager where you simply got unlucky and lost. Injuries are also baked into lines as rare and small an adjustment as would be made.

Most major gaming websites would all be grading this the same as well as the player started the game and got injured. It is possible that some might make exceptions for such an issue, but this is an exception. It is not something that would be the way most websites grade injuries.
Please review this wager. It ended over 12 hours ago and is a clear winner.

Hello, my parlay reference number 22121656401902, had a wager marked as a push, but upon review of the score it was won, the score was 4-3 with my wager being -1 puck line for the maple leafs.
@moonshot21 as I checked with that wager number the game will be on December 27th. Can you please double-check the wager number?
@Mjwinnie, -1.0 means that Toronto Maple Leafs shouldâve won with more than 1 score. Since it was 4-3 then itâs a push, since they won with only one score.
