Wager Settlements 2

the game was not canceled. It “ended” after 7 innings due to the weather. He hit his prop no matter how many innings they played. That is an absolutely ridiculous way to run a sportsbook. Competitive books immediately pay out props when the player hits

The bet 22061544226133 is still not fixed. Could you please check again? Thanks @moderators

This wager was actually graded correctly @sioc77: As per our rules ‘4. Game Totals Settlement - Total Wagers are official after 9 innings of play (8.5 innings if the home team is winning) or in instances where the total has already been met, see rule 4.’

As the game was already 7-0 the under had lost.

Can someone please explain to my why the player props are voided when the game is OVER and NOT canceled? This is ridiculous Greene had 8 strikeouts

You guys had no problem paying out for Reds moneyline but voided all props in the game…makes total sense?

Again, our prop builder has different rules than our normal onsite wagers. In the case of props they are simply voided if the game doesn’t complete.

the game didn’t complete though?

did complete *

Can you please provide a Iink for the rule that you mentioned?

By complete I mean played a full 9 innings unfortunately. I don’t necessarily disagree with what you’re stating and ultimately this is a decision made by our third party source that offers the prop bets.

That is absolutely ridiculous man. Sorry ass company wouldnt exist if gambling was national legal.

is there any free play i could receive to make this right?

OK. I see that rule 4 in this page. However, my bet was a living bet for this game. In the baseball living bet rules page,

https://www.bovada.lv/help/common-faq/baseball-live-betting-rules

It only mentions that

  1. Total/runline wagers are official after 9 innings of play (8.5 innings if the home team is winning). If a game is called before 9 innings have been played, total and runline wagers will be graded ‘No Action’.

  2. If a baseball game goes 9 or more innings and is NOT completed (e.g., suspended, rain, or darkness), wagers on the total and runline still have action.

So your rules dont really agree each other and my bet clearly fits the rule 8 of the living bet rules

Please advise @moderators

We’ll escalate to see what Sports say, though I know in any cases where rules conflict our actual sport rules generally supersede.

Ultimately our rules have been followed correctly here so there’s not really any compensation to provide sadly.

is there someone above you i could be put into contact with?

Unfortunately not, the moderator team is the highest point of contact on the Forum.
