@shankarsh The wager was placed with part cash and part bonus funds.
As you forfeited the bonus the bonus part will be lost, so you have just been paid for the cash part of the wager.

I canāt put the bonus back without locking the funds again and it wouldnāt credit the win from the wager anyway, just what you had left on the bonus itself.

When a bonus is forfeited any potential winnings will also be forfeited.
If you wager using bonus funds you need to keep the bonus open till the wager settles, and then complete the rollover.

I understand this, but by simply re-activating the bonus it will not bring the winnings back, it will only bring back the actual bonus you had before you forfeited it.
Once the bonus is forfeited any winning that would arise from that will be automatically removed when the wager is settled, and the bonus no longer exists to credit the funds to.
This is crazy human mistake do happen and you are taking advantage of itā¦ taking my winning amountā¦ before forefit I guess I was having .50 cents bonus you activate it and give me .50 cents and take my 141$ crazy manā¦
I will make an exception for you and add the rest of the winning as a bonus, but that is all I can do in this case unfortunately.
