Why are matches I.e tennis that are rescheduled to next day due to weather or light not allowed to be cashed out. Seems so silly

A PM was sent to you @Thanos3095, as per the betting rules here All wagers on head-to-head matches have action until the completion of the match, regardless of any delays due to rain or darkness, a change of schedule, a change of date, a change of location or a change of surface (either before or during the match). apologies for the delay.
That’s not what your rules state.
I bet on over 2.5 sets. The match was suspended in the third set therefore the conditions were already met long before the match got suspended.

It’s literally insane how you guys don’t know your own rules. Match suspensions are common in tennis. I wonder how many others have had to wait 12+ hours to have their wagers graded just because you guys don’t know your rules

Confused on what happened with the F1 qualifying bet for 1000th of a second. Initially I won, gaining $95, but now that money is out of my account? So I won, but then it was transferred back out an hour later. Any help would be appreciated.

Is there some backlog with sports team and getting wagers graded? This game has been over for 2 hours and still not graded. The two games after on the same court have been completed.
