Please post a link or screenshot of the Dead Heat rules. I am still not understanding this explanation. Dead heat meaning two or more players go to Playoffs due to a tie? That is not what happened, Rory won the tournament outright, not to mention also winning without starting strokes

Yeah, we need someone here who knows the rules of golf wagers / multichance bets. The rules being cited have nothing to do with the type of wager placed and the outcome of the tournament. Can another mod please look into this?
The only way dead heat would apply is if more than one player had the low score, which is NOT the case here.
All golf wagers with multiple chances or outcomes that can have more than one outcome fall under the dead heat rule.

Ok if that is the case and it is Dead Heat, then in the first sentence of the screenshot you posted above state “A rule where two winners tie when you have a multi-outcome prop or event”. That’s what we’re trying to tell you, THERE WAS NO TIE! Rory Mcilroy won the tournament straight up, no tie, no playoff holes, no one with a lower score than him over 72 holes. So even if our bets apply with the Dead Heat rules, it is nullified by the 1st sentence in the rules and we should get paid our full amount of winnings. Right?

Your wager was not solely on Rory Mcilroy you wager was Lowest 72 Hole Score (Without Starting Strokes) - 2 Chances. People were allowed to have other picks that included Rory Mcilroy and based on the outcome of the tournament there were other combinations that would win as well.
The wagers were 2 and 3 chance bets with lower odds - any wager with McIlroy (by any person) should be paid in full. That’s the whole point of a 2 or 3 chance wager. That’s how they work. The wager was on McIlroy OR Player 2 OR Player 3 having the lowest 72 hole score. Any wager with McIlroy wins, by definition of the wager type. Very simple.
