Hi @Rmilia1, your wager was reverted down to a 3 -team parlay as one of the picks was graded as 'No Action"- ( Young Physiques Union vs UKB) due to a Postponed Event or Market. This was paid out accordingly.

I placed a wager over 22.5 games in the Andy Murray tennis match today. It was at 21 games after the second set, totaled 38 games. (7-5,3-6,7-10)

It was graded as a loss and the explanation I received was that it was graded like that because the 3rd set went to a tie breaker so it only counts as one game.

Is that correct? I don’t see how it could be

Welcome back @Themp87, as per the rules here If a match is decided by a Match tie break (first to 10 points) then it will be considered as a set for settlement purposes in Set Winner, Set Betting and Total Sets markets. For the ‘Will There Be A Tie-Break in The Match?’ market it will not count as a tie break for settlement purposes.

I placed over 22.5 games, so the 10-7 3rd set only counts as one game even though the bet technically won after the second game in the 3rd set?

Maybe I just don’t understand the rules but that seems kind of shady to me. It’s like the 3rd set didn’t even count

The games bet was met and surpassed at the beginning of the third set. Games are different than sets. It is possible the CS rep isn’t familiar with tennis. I recall someone posted having challenges explaining tennis rules.

I was just informed by someone that one particular tournament only plays 2 sets and if it’s tied they play a 3rd set that is to 10 but only counts as 1 game. Which is nuts, I would think that might need to be displayed on the wager somewhere. That’s the only one I’ve seen that only plays 2 sets
