Can you show what the placement shows on your side? Though again the details clearly state they are for the 9 games at 1. There are only 4 games going on right now.
Plus it never specified what timezone when i placed the wager.

Well that is even clearer. It specifically states 10a PDT. In other words it did track to your time and stated the 10 am games.

I’m sorry but this isn’t something we’ll be able to void. I can obviously provide some feedback for them to be clearer regarding the one line with the 9 X 13:00, but again it is pretty clear from these details that it meant the 9 games at 1p ET and not these second round of games.
