@Paul_Bovada @Mikey @Brooke_Bovada @Vivian wager Ref. 22101608748260 was graded a win then a cancellation . I saw it play out the third and fourth quarter . I took a line at plus 16.5 and ended up covering and only losing by 6 . But then it says canceled and game abandoned . There was a live score on ur website and same on betsapi. The game was going like any other game . Then I just straight get told the game was closed and abandoned at halftime : so now my questions are

  1. What game was on ur live scoreboard and on betsapi , reciprocating the scores with each other for the third and fourth quarter if it was canceled at halftime

  2. If you guys play out these games and the games are running like normal and the third and fourth quarter are played out , how the fawk was it abandoned at halftime : who the fawk was playing ?

  3. How do we know you guys arenā€™t doing this to a lot of these games ā€¦

I am so angry and sick right now to my stomach what I was told and what I watched live . Then offer me 10 percent of the winnings for what happened ? This is like straight stealing and 90 percent of my bets are Ebasketball and Iā€™ve never had something like this happened , there seems to be something new every single time to take my money a new way .
Can you guys really do something on this damn horrible situation ?? Because live phone had me on hold for 40 minutes before telling me BS.

When players win money then it gets taken out for another bs reason it messes with our bankroll and messes with the way I wouldnā€™t bet and tilt factor to be a customer this long and get slapped in the face by offering 10 percent of what I wouldā€™ve won is so unfair itā€™s like you guys know you are wrong but donā€™t give a crap because you guys can do this to us and thereā€™s not a damn thing we can doc

Hello,

I tried sending an email, but this forum seems to be the right place for my issue. My 5 team parlay bet (Ref. PROPS-61103923) had a match graded wrong. Specifically the TCU Horned Frogs vs Oklahoma State Cowboys was marked as a loss, but it should be a win. The bet was Oklahoma State Cowboys +3.5 to win and the final score was TCU 43 and Oklahoma State 40. So my 5 team parlay bet shouldā€™ve resulted as a win for all 5 of the bets and a payout.

Let me know what additional info you need to help resolve this issue. Thanks.

This happened to me also. I won a halftime ml bet 25-23. It was graded a winner and I proceeded to make new bets with those winnings. The next day they said it was a push and updated my account balance. It really affected me because I made new bets based on the fact that I won that previous bet. I also posted a screenshot of the halftime score and got no response. Iā€™ve been a member here over 10 years. Sad
