Website Access Issue

This is ridiculous…seriously it is. Why do you not have an expert I.T. team ? This shouldve/couldve been resolved in minutes/hours…we are now at 5 days? I was able to play a few games last night but NOTHING today AND the display issue is back so now, you are going backwards

Customer service just told me there were not enough reports/complaints to issue compensation. So, we all need to “alert” them every 15 mins until they have enough feedback.

Some kind of compensation would be great. I made a deposit last night that I could have used somewhere else. Thank you!

Dear Bovada. How do you continue to mismanage everything? The website is a total dumpster fire right now. You shouldn’t be allowing anyone to deposit with these issues. Not to mention, the slots are completely turned off to pay out anyway.

what they had to say about the casino issue.
They gave me $50 in bonus funds and I didn’t
even ask for it.
